Your assistance made this minor disaster seem more like an inconvenience and I am absolutely delighted that over last weekend all repair work was started and completed without the slightest inconvenience to our business.

The high expectations of the refurbishments at Hamilton Drive were always going to be demanding, and the requirement to work to very fine tolerances in an old building where walls were squint and floors not level was compounded by a flood caused by torrential rain one night in the middle of the contract, which damaged the new work and areas of the rest of the house.
It is an enormous relief to have a contractor who is prepared to take responsibility for problems, and whose main concern is the satisfaction of the client and the quality of the end result. I hope that we will have the opportunity and pleasure of working with you again in the future.
